文章对我国有代表性的生态旅游景区--张家界国家森林公园游客满意度进行实证调查.从游客的个人特性、游览动机、游客对公园的预期想法与实际体验进行研究,并结合重要程度分析

文章对我国有代表性的生态旅游景区--张家界国家森林公园游客满意度进行实证调查.从游客的个人特性、游览动机、游客对公园的预期想法与实际体验进行研究,并结合重要程度分析法与SWOT构建游客期望与满意度矩阵表.研究发现:游客个体特性不同,其游憩动机有所差异;游客的游憩动机与行前期望相关性显著;从期望与满意度矩阵表得知.张家界国家森林公园拥有机会因子14项,优势因子3项,弱点因子11项和挑战因子6项,表明张家界国家森林公园游客整体满意度一般.
