生态产业集群内知识转移是集群得以持续发展的关键因素。文章首先分析了生态产业集群运行的模式,提出依托型和平等型是生态产业集群企业运行的基本模式。再提出了生态产业集群内知识转移影响因素模型,按知识转出企业、知识接受企业、生态产业集群转移情境三方面分析知识转移的影响因素,最后提出了促进生态产业集群内知识转移的一些管理建议与思考。
Knowledge transfer within the eco-industrial cluster is the key factor for the sustainable development of the cluster. The article first analyzes the mode of operation of eco-industrial clusters, and puts forward that relying on type and equality model are the basic modes of eco-industrial cluster enterprises. Then put forward the model of influencing factors of knowledge transfer in eco-industrial clusters, analyzed the influencing factors of knowledge transfer in terms of knowledge transfer-out enterprises, knowledge-accepting enterprises and transfer cases of eco-industrial clusters, and finally put forward some management to promote knowledge transfer in eco-industrial clusters Suggestions and thoughts.
