目的研究血府逐瘀汤联合冠心苏合丸治疗胸痹的临床疗效.方法选择在我院就诊的150名有典型胸痹心痛症状的不稳定型心绞痛患者，根据治疗方式不同随机分为接受常规治疗的对照组和接受血府逐瘀汤联合冠心苏合丸治疗的观察组，在治疗前后分别采血检测两组患者血液中甘油三酯以及胆固醇的水平并判定疗效，采用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计学分析.结果观察组显效43例、有效23例、无效7例、加重2例，总有效率88.0%，疗效明显好于对照组；观察组在治疗后甘油三酯和胆固醇的水平明显下降、而对照组甘油三酯和胆固醇的水平无明显改变.结论血府逐瘀汤联合冠心苏合丸能够提高治疗总有效率、降低血液甘油三酯和胆固醇水平，对于胸痹的治疗具有积极意义.“,”Objective: To study the effect of Xuefuzhuyudecoction Combined with Guanxin Suhe pill for treatment of angina pectoris clinical curative effect. Results: the observation group43 cases, effective in 23 cases,7 cases ineffective, aggravated in 2 cases, the total efficiency of 88%, curative effect is obviously better than the control group;: observation group after treatment of triglyceride and cholesterol levelsdecreased markedly, while the control group triglyceride and cholesterol levels were not significantly changed. Conclusion: Xuefu Zhuyudecoction Combined with Guanxin Suhe pill can improve the total efficiency of treatment, reduce blood triglyceride and cholesterol levels, the treatmenthas a positive significance for chest.
