医院是一个特殊的场所,对它的管理关系着我们每个人的健康,所以医院管理工作一直都是人们关注的焦点。而医院档案管理作为医院管理工作的重要组成部分,对医院的综合发展有着独特的作用。随着社会科学技术的不断进步,也为医院的档案管理工作提出了要利用一切手段,对档案进行科学化管理的要求。本文经过多方收集资料,结合多年的工作经验,对医院档案科学化管理的重要性进行分析,并对如何革除现有管理模式的弊端以及如何实现医院档案科学化管理提出几点建议。
The hospital is a special place, the management of which is related to the health of each of us, so hospital management has always been the focus of attention. Hospital file management, as an important part of hospital management, has a unique effect on the comprehensive development of the hospital. With the continuous progress of social science and technology, but also for the hospital’s file management work to make use of all means to carry out the scientific management of the file requirements. After collecting information and combining years of work experience, this article analyzes the importance of scientific management of hospital archives and puts forward some suggestions on how to get rid of the shortcomings of the existing management mode and how to realize the scientific management of hospital archives.
