老年患者由于一般身体条件较差,且常常合并其他疾病,因此在对结石的处理上比较棘手,一些开放性的手术常常不能耐受,因此在临床上选择一种创伤小,成功率高的手术方式是研究的重点。自腔镜手术开展至今技术已相对成熟,由于其出血量少,恢复快等特点适合于身体状况较差的患者[1～4]。我院自2006年11月～2011年11月在我院进行微创经皮镜取石术(MPCNL)治疗的50例老年肾结石患者,现将病例总结报告如下。临床资料

Our hospital since November 2006 ~ November 2011 in our hospital for minimally invasive percutaneous vitrectomy (MPCNL) treatment of 50 cases of elderly patients with renal stones, the case is now summarized as follows. clinical information
