一般说来,任务能提前完成是件值得称赞的好事。但有些任务完成得好,却是“提前”不得的。报道“提前”了可能会带来副作用。去年9月23日,人民日报报道:“截止8月底,全国个人收入调节税已征收3.15亿元,提前4个月完成全年计划征收3亿元的任务。”这则报道,特別是其中的“提前”颇有商榷的必要。
