财务管理体系建设是海外公司能否顺利创建与发展的关键要素。财务部门在参与管理、加强监督的同时,更要提供周到细致的服务,才能保证企业各项工作得以有条不紊地顺利推进。在海外经营,既有语言上的障碍,又有政策把握上的差异,虽然同为社会主义国家,但越南在政策细节上与我国还是有很大差别。为适应此特点,适应企业战略发展需要,建设卓越的财务管理体系,有助于海外企业顺利发展。本文结合海外公司实践进行探讨。
The establishment of a financial management system is a key element in the successful establishment and development of overseas companies. Financial departments in the management, supervision, at the same time, but also to provide thoughtful and meticulous service, in order to ensure that the work of the enterprise can be smooth and orderly manner. While operating overseas, there are both language barriers and discrepancies in policy control. Although they are all socialist countries, Vietnam still differs greatly from our country in policy details.
