随着国际交流的日益深化,聘请外教成了一种潮流甚至是一种趋势,特别是在各大高校更是如此。聘请外教可以补充我国教育上的不足,还可以学习外国的教育方式。聘请外教是提高外语教学和培养国际化人才的一条途径,也是各大院校国际化的标志。学生在学习英语的过程中可以学到更为正规的英语,且外教教英语与国内教师有相对的优势,学生可以感受到更为正式的英语环境。如今外教聘请的数量越来越多,外教管理工作更是日益凸显。现对外教的管理工作进行探索,就此现状提出相对的建议。
With the deepening of international exchanges, employing foreign teachers has become a trend or even a trend, especially in major colleges and universities. Hiring a foreign teacher can supplement our education deficiencies and can also learn foreign education. Hiring a foreign teacher is one way to improve foreign language teaching and cultivate international talents, and it is also a sign of the internationalization of major institutions. Students can learn more formal English while learning English, and foreign teachers teach English and domestic teachers have relative advantages, students can feel a more formal English environment. Now that more and more foreign teachers are hired, the management of foreign teachers has become increasingly prominent. Now we are exploring the management of foreign teachers and putting forward relative suggestions on the status quo.
