跨越式发展中的“二号工程”无论是一个城市的经济发展也好,亦或一个地区经济发展也好,都要有自己的特色产业来支撑。就像东北各城市的支柱产业是重工业,比如:长春的汽车产业、哈尔滨的重型机械产业;江浙一带中小城镇以其特色的手工业产品驰名海内,比如温州的小商品。而对于我们年轻的银川经济技术开发区来说,支柱产业的突出作用就更为明显。所以,自开发区成立之初,睿智的开发区人就把支撑开发区脊梁的三大产业列为重中之重。

Therefore, since the establishment of the zone, wise developers have placed the top three industries that support the backbone of the zone as a top priority.
