小儿先天性鼻后孔闭锁是鼻部畸形的一种，临床上较少见，据文献报道发生率为1／60000。本病会影响在儿阶段的呼吸、进食等，双侧鼻后孔闭锁则会出现阵发性呼吸困难、紫组，甚至窒息、死亡，尽早诊断及手术，建立通畅的呼吸道尤为迫切。现对我院耳鼻喉科1983～1985年收治的12例
