为进一步研究兴安落叶松〔Larixgmelini(RuPr)〕播种苗施肥生理效应,采用不同肥料和用量的组合配比,测定苗木在各生长期内叶绿素的含量,并对苗木体内营养元素N、P含量的动态变化进行研究分析。结果表明:在苗木进入速生期时,高生长和生物量最大,此时叶绿素含量最高,即苗木的叶绿素含量对施肥效应的最佳选择为A3(4)B4(3)C2;在苗木进入生长后期时,其叶绿素的含量相对降低,即叶绿素含量对施肥效应的最佳选择为A4B1C4。苗木在不同生长阶段体内N、P含量的高低,不仅与施肥种类及用量组合配比的选择有关,而且与苗木在不同物候期对土壤中养分的吸收和利用情况以及苗木本身生长节律密切相关。
