党的十八届三中全会,是在改革开放新的重要关头召开的一次重要会议,提出了全面深化改革的指导思想、目标任务和重大原则,吹响了全面深化改革的冲锋号角。中央和省委强调,全面深化改革要充分发挥各级党委统揽全局、协调各方的作用,确保各项改革举措正确、有序、协调地落实。贯彻中央和省委决策部署,我认为切实履行起党委对本地区本部门改革的领导责任,应通过建立和完善统一高效的指挥
