Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of P53 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissue and the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in cancer tissues. The abnormal expression rate of P53 gene protein in hepatocellular carcinoma was 46.7%, and the expression rates of I, II, and III cancer tissues were 14.3%, 40.0%, and 87.5%, respectively (P<0). .05). There are four types of PCNA-positive cells in HCC: scattered type, borderline type, mosaic type and diffuse type. The labeling index (LI) is related to the grade of cancer cells. P53 gene protein expression is abnormal in the cancer tissue in PC. NALI (53.8±24.3) was significantly higher than that without abnormality (33.1±15.7) (P<0.05). The above results revealed that the mutation of P53 plays a role in the development of some HCCs. The expression of PCNA is related to the degree of differentiation of HCC, and the HCC cancer cells with P53 gene protein are hyperactive and highly malignant.
