目的 在牙周病学前期实习教学中引入厚橡胶片模拟牙龈建立牙周手术缝合模型,并与传统使用薄乳胶片模拟牙龈缝合模型进行比较,以评价其教学效果.方法 选择北京大学2004级八年制口腔医学专业41名学生、2005级八年制口腔医学专业38名学生为研究对象.每级学生在牙周病学前期实习时随机分成两组,两组学生按照先后顺序不同分别采用两种模型进行牙周手术缝合练习.练习结束后,教师对学生的缝合效果进行考核,并就两种模型使用情况进行问卷调查.结果 学生使用厚橡胶片模拟牙龈模型的考核成绩明显高于使用薄乳胶片模拟牙龈模型的考核成绩(P＜0.05).问卷调查结果表明,大多数学生对厚橡胶片模拟牙龈缝合模型的效果予以肯定.结论 在牙周病学前期实习教学中引入厚橡胶片模拟牙龈缝合模型有利于学生牙周手术缝合练习,提高了教学效果.“,”Objective To establish a thick rubber sheet simulated periodontal surgery suturing model and compared with the original thin latex glove sheet simulated periodontal surgery suturing model in teaching effects.Methods Forty-one students of grade 2004 and 38 students of grade 2005 were randomly divided into two groups in periodontal pre-clinical training.Both group using the rubber sheet model and the thin latex glove model to practice surgery suturing but in different sequences.All students were examined by two teachers together and answered the questionnaires.The assessment scores and questionnaire surveys of all students were statistically analyzed.Results The mean scores of using thick rubber sheet model group was significantly higher than that of using thin latex glove model group (P ＜ 0.01).More students prefer the rubber sheet model.Conclusions Application of thick rubber sheet model can significantly improve the effectiveness of practicing surgery suture for students in periodontal preclinical practice.
