这是一幢形式新颖又颇具传统意味儿的多层住宅。“如翚斯飞”的阳台,横向连通的玻璃窗,纤细挺拔的钢筋混凝土圆柱,充分体现出新技术、新材料的个性和特有表现力,富有时代感。红色的瓦屋顶,屋顶上的“老虎窗”,红砖与黄色混水墙面的交织,又显示出同传统千丝万缕的联系。多边形和流动曲线形的非传统室内空间,充分体现出现代生活的多样性。第一层带走马廊的敞厅,又给住户提供了公共交往的传统联谊空间……。这就是巴拉夫妇(Hinrich and Inken Baller)设计的这幢住宅给予我们的鲜明印象。它完全摆脱了俗套套,
This is a multi-storey house with a new style and a traditional meaning. The terraces such as “Yi Sifei”, horizontally-connected glass windows, and slender and straight reinforced concrete columns fully reflect the individuality and unique expressiveness of new technologies and new materials, and are full of the sense of the times.
