文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和逻辑分析法等科研方法,在调查六盘水师范学院体育社团的组织与管理现状的基础上,对比分析传统大学生课外体育活动的组织管理方式与以体育社团模式组织与开展大学生课外体育活动的区别。进而提出:打破原有大学生传统课外体育活动组织模式,以体育社团模式组织与开展大学生课外体育活动,以体育社团为媒介,带动、创造、形成一个具有活力、鲜明的校园体育氛围。旨在为高校体育社团发展提供新的思路与见解。
Based on the investigation of the organization and management status of sports clubs in Liupanshui Teachers College, this paper comparatively analyzes the management methods of the extracurricular sports activities of the traditional college students and the sports organization model And carry out the difference between college students’ extracurricular sports activities. Furthermore, it puts forward that breaking the existing college students’ extracurricular sports activities organization mode, organizing and carrying out extracurricular sports activities for college students by means of sports associations, and using sports associations as a medium to drive and create a dynamic and distinctive campus sports atmosphere. Aims to provide new ideas and insights for the development of college sports associations.
