开始这个话题之前,我们考虑一个问题:教学,你是在复制自己?还是引导学生自己成长?当然这个话题在小孩子学生身上更明显。反思这个问题,可能需要3秒钟的时间,也可能需要一生的时间。就我自己来说,曾经很久没有考虑过,但是看到学生乏力前进的时候,我在他们身上看到了自己的影子。可能是低估了孩子远远大于我的创造力,也或许是我根本疏于让自己在教学上进步。罄竹难书感想限于文笔无力,没法一一道来,就从最常见的“示范”来说说我的体会。
