随着社会的发展,经济建设已进入知识化、信息化和全球化时代,这就要求大量创新、创业型人才投入到经济建设中去;因此,创业教育应运而生。目前,国家引导、鼓励和支持高校毕业生自主创业,制定了许多政策为创业提供机遇、资助条件等;国家非常支持农村、农业建设和农民致富,制定了许多强农富民的政策;农业高职院校作为职业人才的培养摇篮,更应该担负起培养毕业生创业精神、创业能力和创业意识的责任。
With the development of society, economic construction has entered the era of knowledge-based information and globalization, which requires a lot of innovation and entrepreneurial talents to invest in economic construction. Therefore, entrepreneurial education has emerged. At present, the state guides, encourages and supports college graduates to set up their own businesses, and has formulated many policies to provide entrepreneurship opportunities and subsidy conditions. The state supports the rural areas, agriculture construction and farmers’ richness and has formulated many policies to strengthen the economy and enrich the people. As the cradle of cultivating professional talents, colleges and universities should shoulder the responsibility of cultivating graduates’ entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial awareness.
