以L-色氨酸(L-trp)和1,2-二(4-吡啶基)乙烯(bpe)为配体与钴离子反应,通过水热法合成了一种具有二维手性层面结构的手性金属-有机骨架(MOFs)材料{[Co(L-trp)(bpe)(H_2O)]·H_2O·NO_3}_n;利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)分析和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对材料的结构和形貌进行了表征.将该MOFs材料用作固定相,制备了液相色谱手性柱,在正己烷/异丙醇的流动相体系下,考察了该手性柱对一系列手性化合物的拆分性能.实验结果表明,该手性柱对3种苯系物的位置异构体和11种外消旋化合物表现出较好的拆分性能.在正相色谱条件下,该手性柱表现出良好的重现性和稳定性.
L-tryptophan (L-trp) and 1,2-bis (4-pyridyl) ethylene (bpe) were used as ligands to react with cobalt ions to synthesize a two- (X-ray powder diffraction (XRD)) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to characterize the chiral metal-organic framework (MOFs) The structure and morphology of the materials were characterized.The liquid chromatographic chiral columns were prepared by using the MOFs as the stationary phase, under the mobile phase system of n-hexane / isopropanol, The experimental results show that the chiral column has good resolution performance for the three isomeric compounds and 11 racemic compounds.In normal phase chromatographic conditions, The chiral column shows good reproducibility and stability.
