重症监护病房(ICU)是危重患者集中的病区、医院感染的高发区,并很容易引起流行扩散到其他病房〔1〕。为了降低医院感染率,提高治愈率、减少死亡率,我院重点加强了ICU病房医院感染的预防控制和管理,现将管理方法总结如下。
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a concentrated ward of critically ill patients, a high incidence of nosocomial infections and can easily cause epidemics to spread to other wards [1]. In order to reduce the nosocomial infection rate, improve the cure rate and reduce the mortality rate, we focus on strengthening the prevention, control and management of nosocomial infections in ICU wards. The management methods are summarized as follows.
