利用水热法合成有序介孔材料SBA-15,并利用SBA-15为模板合成CoFe_2O_4和NiFe_2O_4磁性纳米线。通过X射线粉末衍射、氮气吸附、场发射扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜对SBA-15、CoFe_2O_4和NiFe_2O_4束状纳米线进行微观结构表征。结果表明,SBA-15具有二维六角直孔道结构,孔径在8nm左右,可作为一维纳米材料硬模板。以SBA-15为模板合成了束状CoFe_2O_4和NiFe_2O_4纳米线,纳米线直径与SBA-15介孔孔道大小接近。通过振动样品磁强计对合成的纳米线磁性能进行表征,结果显示合成的CoFe_2O_4磁性纳米线呈铁磁性,而NiFe_2O_4磁性纳米线则呈现超顺磁性。
The ordered mesoporous material SBA-15 was synthesized by hydrothermal method and the magnetic nanowires CoFe 2 O 4 and NiFe 2 O 4 were synthesized by using SBA-15 as template. The microstructures of SBA-15, CoFe 2 O 4 and NiFe 2 O 4 nanowires were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, nitrogen adsorption, field emission scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that SBA-15 has a two-dimensional hexagonal structure with a diameter of about 8nm, which can be used as a hard template for one-dimensional nanomaterials. The tetragonal CoFe 2 O 4 and NiFe 2 O 4 nanowires were synthesized by using SBA-15 as a template. The nanowire diameter was close to that of SBA-15 mesopores. The magnetic properties of the prepared nanowires were characterized by vibrating sample magnetometer. The results showed that the synthesized magnetic nanowires of CoFe 2 O 4 were ferromagnetic and the magnetic nanowires of NiFe 2 O 4 showed superparamagnetism.
