红枣是陕北历史悠久的地方特产,以面积大、产量高、品质优而久负盛名。但近年来,由于成熟期遭受阴雨致裂,造成严重的经济损失。针对这一问题,我们承担榆林市老科协和林业局的研究课题,于2007—2011年开展了为期4年(其中2009年未开展)的枣果防裂试验研究,并取得裂果率由平均25%下降到3%,产量增长68%的显著效果,以“陕北有机红枣标准化生产技术集成与应运”的科研成果,相继获得榆林市科学技术二等奖和一等奖。
Jujube is a long history of northern Shaanxi specialty, with large area, high yield, excellent quality and long-standing prestigious. However, in recent years, it suffered serious economic losses due to rain and rain cracking during maturity.
