党的八屆十中全会发出了伟大的战斗号召,要求集中全党全国的力量,积极支援农业,进一步巩固人民公社集体經济,发展农业生产,分期分批地、因地制宜地实現农业的技术改革,逐步地实现农业現代化。医药卫生科学技术工作,必須紧密地为实现党的这一战略任务服务,把支援农业生产放在首要地位。这就要求我們,一方面要帮助农村各級医药卫生人員努力提高科学技术水平,使他們在服务农业生产的工作中发揮更大的作用;另一方面,要向农村人民群众直接进行医学科学技术普及工作,帮助群众掌握一些普通的医药卫生知識,
