The developed chemical heat treatment methods (surface passivation and conventional heat treatment) are used to improve the hardness, corrosion resistance and surface roughness of various parts and tools such as glass molds, piston rings and roller bearings. In the machine building and machine tools, tool manufacturing, in order to strengthen the surface of parts, widely used in various types of chemical heat treatment: carburizing, nitriding, cyanidation and carbonitriding. Reports on the use of phosphorus to saturate the surface are rare in the literature. We all know that phosphorus plays an adverse role in iron's toughness. Phosphorus dissolved in iron will dramatically increase the toughness of the steel
