學校工作是党所統一領導的革命事業的組成部分之一。目前縣中數多、面廣,省的領導常是「鞭長莫及」,縣領導則認爲中學既是直接受省的領導也就很少過問。在這種情況下,學校如果忽視當地黨委的領導,將會使工作失去明確的方向。 過去我校對依靠黨委領導這一點重視不夠,並曾錯誤地認爲「學校屬省領導是很光彩的」,「既不是縣立就用不著縣來管」;看到縣裏領導幹部都是新提拔的,認爲他們「理論水平不高,又不懂教育,對我們工作不會有幫助」等等。後來糾正了這些錯誤認識以後,才主動地靠攏黨委,真誠地尊重與接受黨委的領導。
