我们于1989年9月至1990年3月应用干扰素对38例脊髓灰质炎进展期患儿进行了治疗对比观察,现报告如下: 资料与方法 1.一般资料38例均按《实用内科学》第八版(人民卫生出版社)制定的标准进行诊断分型。其中男25例,女13例,年龄4.5月～6岁。脊髓型32例,脊髓延髓型6例。患儿均有不同程度的发热、肢体疼痛和瘫痪;出现呼吸困难者6例(周围性呼吸困难3例、中枢性呼吸困难1例、混合型2例);周围血象早期25例增高、以中性粒细胞为主;脑脊液11例异常。
