目的 :观察益寿调脂片对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用腹腔巨噬细胞功能测定法、溶血素测定法及非特异酯酶法 ,观察小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数、小鼠血清半数溶血值及实验致衰老小鼠 T淋巴细胞百分率、胸腺和脾脏重量指数。结果 :益寿调脂片可明显提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数 ,能明显增加小鼠血清溶血素含量和实验致衰老小鼠 T淋巴细胞总数、免疫器官重量 ;与对照组比较 ,P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 0 1。结论 :益寿调脂片能激活小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能 ,能提高机体体液和细胞免疫能力以及恢复免疫器官重量至正常水平。
Objective: To observe the effect of Yishou Tiaozhi Tablet on immune function in mice. METHODS: Peritoneal macrophage function assay, hemolysin assay and non-specific esterase method were used to observe the phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index of chicken peritoneal macrophages phagocytosing chicken erythrocytes, half serum hemolysis value of mice, and experimentally induced aging. Rat T lymphocyte percentage, thymus and spleen weight index. RESULTS: Yishou Tiaozhi Tablet could significantly increase the percentage of phagocytosis and phagocytosis index of mouse peritoneal macrophages, significantly increase the serum hemolysin content in mice and the total number of T-lymphocytes and immune organs in experimentally induced aging mice; and the control group. For comparison, P <0. 0 5 ~ 0. 0 0 1. Conclusion: Yishou Tiaozhi Tablet can activate the phagocytic function of mouse peritoneal macrophages, increase the body fluid and cellular immunity and restore the weight of immune organs to normal levels.
