工作压力与员工满意度是影响工作行为绩效的重要心理因素。文章针对这两者之间的关系,通过对压力和员工满意度在企业中的影响描述,用调查问卷的方式对企业员工的压力和满意度进行了调查分析。结果表明:员工的内源压力与工作满意度之间有着显著的正相关;外源压力与工作满意度之间有着显著的负相关。最后,针对调查结果提出企业缓解工作压力,提高员工满意度的一些方法,从而达到企业发展的预期目标。
Job stress and employee satisfaction are the important psychological factors that affect the performance of work behaviors. In the light of the relationship between the two, the article describes the influence of pressure and employee satisfaction in the enterprise, and conducts a survey and analysis on the pressure and satisfaction of the employees with questionnaires. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between employee internal pressure and job satisfaction; there is a significant negative correlation between employee external pressure and job satisfaction. Finally, according to the results of the survey, we put forward some measures to relieve the work pressure and improve employee satisfaction so as to achieve the expected goal of enterprise development.
