肌注維生素B_(12)引起过敏反应者报导不多,为引起注意,現将二例綜合报导如下。例1 患婴楊××,女性,8个月,第一胎,足月順产,因母奶不足而加牛乳及奶羔混合餵养, 經常患消化不良来診。于1964年7月下旬又患腹泻2天,每日5～8次,大便稀黄带水无粘液血性。患嬰以往无过敏及其他特殊病史,父母身体健康,亦无过敏病史。
Intramuscular injection of vitamin B_ (12) caused by allergic reactions were reported, to attract attention, are now two cases reported as follows. Example 1 Baby Yang × ×, female, 8 months, the first child, term full-term, due to lack of breast milk plus milk and lamb mixed feeding, often suffering from indigestion to the clinic. In July 1964 and diarrhea in another 2 days, 5 to 8 times a day, stool with yellowish water without mucus bloody. In the past, there was no history of allergies and other special illnesses in infants, parents’ health and no history of allergies.
