一张专业报的质量,首先是作者的质量,作品的质量,其次才是编辑的质量,编排的质量,因此,作为一名专业报的编辑,应是一名作者心理学研究专家,善于窥见作者内心活动奥秘。只有这样,编辑才能与作者“心有灵犀一点通”,建起深厚友谊,使报纸拥有强大的作者群。法国著名作家雨果说过:“世界上最浩瀚的是海洋,比海洋更浩瀚的是天空,比天空还要浩瀚的是人的心灵。”这比喻形象地说明了人的心理活动极其复杂和丰富。一个编辑如能掌握打开作者心灵的钥匙,步入作者心灵浩瀚世界,那他就能开掘出更多的优质稿源。作者心理学是编辑学、新闻学的一个分支。在我国,还是块刚被开拓的“处女地”。它主要研究作者的心理现象,特别是作者的种种欲求形成过程及欲求满足或遏制时各种心态。这些心态浩瀚多姿,这里只撷取四种略作分析,以作引玉之砖。
