引言从雷林一号桉树(Eucalyptus“leichow”“№:1”)46号、9号优树种子或无菌苗产生的愈伤组织,诱导发生的胚性细胞团,颜色深红,凸凹不平,表层湿润,结构紧密,呈颗粒状。继代培养,以10至30倍增殖,生活力极为旺盛,分化出许多胚状体。在同一块胚性细胞团中,观察到分生中心、原胚、球形胚、心形胚、鱼雷形胚以及子叶形胚等不同步的胚状体。两极性明显,根芽齐全,苗木健壮,移栽成活90%以上。目前,植物组织培养已成为一种非常有用的研究手段,在实际应用方面也同样有着重要意义。据1978年资料统计,在组织培养中具有胚状体分化能力的种子植物已达
