目的探讨创建三级甲等医院对医疗统计指标的影响。方法对部分总体指标作序时数列对比;选取部分病种,分析其指标变动情况。结果反映医院规模的主要总量指标持续增长。在低水平徘徊的质量效率指标呈现逐渐改善的趋势。结论创建过程是医院建设和综合管理能力不断加强与提高的过程,较单纯的生产要素投入产出的效益更大。
Objective To explore the impact of creating tertiary level hospitals on medical statistics. The method compares some of the overall indicators as time series, selects some disease types and analyzes the changes of the indexes. The results reflect the size of the main indicators of the hospital continued to grow. At a low level of hovering quality and efficiency indicators show a gradual improvement trend. Conclusion The process of establishment is the process of continuously strengthening and improving the capacity of hospital construction and comprehensive management, which is more effective than the input and output of simple factors of production.
