本文通过对XYZ公司的介绍,分析XYZ公司初创期的融资现状,并进一步分析和归纳该公司初创期融资难的原因,通过分析得知,XYZ公司融资难的原因包括盲目投资现象严重、公司处于初创期经营风险大、企业信用缺失、银行对初创期企业惜贷等,为改善XYZ公司初创期的融资现状难现状,最后从各方面有针对性提出改善策略。
Based on the introduction of XYZ Company, this paper analyzes the current financing situation of XYZ Company in the initial stage, and further analyzes and summarizes the reasons for the financing difficulty of the company in the initial stage. According to the analysis, it is found that the causes of XYZ financing difficulty include the blind investment phenomenon, In the start-up period, there are big business risks, lack of corporate credit and bank loans to start-ups during the initial stage. In order to improve the status quo of XYZ’s financing at the start-up stage, the paper puts forward improvement strategies from all aspects.
