目前,国内在立井井筒地面预注浆工程中,对于注浆孔数的确定尚无确切的求算公式和合理的确定办法。教科书上虽然有一个以经验取参数的计算公式,但计算结果往往不能用,实际施工的注浆工程都是依经验采用6~8个孔的多孔注浆方案。这样决定的孔数,对于有些工程是适用的,而有些工程在某种程度上有很大的盲目性,造成一定的浪费,并且延长了工期。注浆孔的布置形式较多,有的在井筒外双环布置或单环布置,有的在井筒内单环布置或独孔布置。那种布置法好呢?没有具体的比较办法。因此,本文试图在这方面做点探讨。
At present, there are no exact calculation formulas and reasonable determination methods for determining the number of grouting holes in the pre-grouting project of vertical wellbore in China. Although the textbook has an empirical formula to calculate the parameters, but the results often can not be used, the actual construction of the grouting project are based on the experience of using 6 to 8 holes porous grouting program. The number of holes thus determined is suitable for some projects, while some projects are somewhat blind, causing some waste and extending the construction period. Grouting holes are arranged in many forms, some are arranged in a double ring or single ring outside the wellbore, and some are arranged in a single ring or a single hole in the wellbore. That arrangement is good? There is no specific way to compare. Therefore, this article attempts to do some research in this area.
