由浦江县委宣传部、浦江县文化局、浙江省剪纸研究会主办,浦江县文化馆、浦江县工艺美术公司承办的2004浙江省剪纸作品展,于11月5日晨在中国民间(剪纸)之乡——浦江县美术馆隆重举行。出席开幕式的领导和贵宾有:浙江省文化厅社文处长王淼,中国美术学院艺术设计职业技术学院副院长王其全,浦江县委常委、宣传部长楼东江,浦江县副县长金时刚,浦江县文化局党组书记、局长张华浦,副局长徐慧敏,金华市文体局社文处潘庭平处长,浦江县工艺美术公司总经理蒋云花,浙江省剪纸研究会会长蒋遵义,副会长吴善增,浙江摄影出版社编审许建斌,金华工艺美术学会会长张咸镇,中国民间剪纸艺术大师林邦栋、谢玉霞及各地代表近百人。剪纸是我国民间传统文化代表之一。它经历了漫长的历史时期,沉淀了千年的华夏文化于其中。如今,剪纸已被国家列为申报联合国教科文组织《人类口头和非物质遗产》项目。本次展览展出了来自浦江、金华、义乌、乐清、温岭、桐庐、杭州等地的剪纸作品二百余幅。参展的作品具有强烈的时代感和地

The leaders and VIPs attending the opening ceremony are Wang Miao, director of the social culture department of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture, Wang Qichuan, vice dean of the art design vocational and technical college of China Academy of Art, Huang Dong, vice mayor of Pujiang County Party Committee, Pujiang County Bureau of Culture party secretary, Secretary Zhang Huapu, deputy director Xu Huimin, Jinhua City Style Agency Social Welfare Department Director Pan Tingping, Pujiang County Arts and Crafts Company General Manager Jiang Yunhua, Zhejiang Paper Cutting Research Association Jiang Zunyi, vice president Wu Shanzeng, Xu Jianbin, editor in charge of Zhejiang Photography Publishing House, Zhang Xianzhen, president of Jinhua Arts and Crafts Society, Lin Bangdong, Xie Yuxia, masters of Chinese folk paper-cutting art, and representatives of nearly 100 people from all over the country. Paper-cut is one of the representatives of traditional folk culture in our country. It has experienced a long historical period, precipitated a thousand years of Chinese culture in them. Today, paper-cuts have been listed by the state as a project to declare UNESCO’s “human oral and intangible heritage.” The exhibition exhibited more than 200 pieces of paper-cut works from Pujiang, Jinhua, Yiwu, Yueqing, Wenling, Tonglu and Hangzhou. The participating works have a strong sense of the times and places
