改革开放 20多年来，全省水产品产量连年大幅度增长，仅 2000年全省水产品产量就达 60840吨，为“九五”计划的 100％，比 1995年增长 59.3％，渔业总产值达 4.5亿元，全省人均水产品占有量 1.66公斤，为“九五”计划的 118.6％。但是，过去曾经有过辉煌的国有水产企业并不乐观
Over the past 20 years since the reform and opening up, the province’s aquatic product output has increased substantially year after year.
