近几年,随着我国经济和社会的不断发展,对水利工程的施工引起了高度重视,因此,加大了对水利工程建设的投资,使水利工程建设得以顺利开展。然而,水利施工安全问题却屡见不鲜,严重影响着工程建设的顺利开展。因此,抓好施工中的安全管理工作尤为重要。如何消除施工中的不安全因素,做好施工安全管理已成为水利行业亟待解决的重大问题。
In recent years, with the constant development of economy and society in our country, great attention has been paid to the construction of water conservancy projects.
