通过急性实验性血清病(AESSR)动物模型,证明了急性实验性血清病血清中CIC水平明显高于正常家兔组(P<001),补体溶解免疫活性CMSC水平明显低于正常组(P<001)。环胞霉素A(CsA)加输新鲜血清治疗后,治疗组家兔CMSC水平较未治疗组明显升高(P<001),CIC水平较未治疗组明显降低(P<001)。说明该疗法治疗AESSR家兔免疫复合物引起的肾小球肾炎有一定疗效
The acute experimental serum disease (AESSR) animal model demonstrated that serum CIC level in acute experimental serum was significantly higher than that in normal rabbits (P <001), and that of complement-dissolved immunocompetent CMSCs was significantly lower than that in normal rabbits P <001). After treatment with CsA plus fresh serum, the level of CMSC in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the untreated group (P <001), and the level of CIC in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the untreated group (P <001 ).
