我厂一台桥式起重机于1981年投入使用.因传动部件严重磨损、电气控制元件老化、箱形主梁的拱度、旁弯度和弹性下挠度轻度超标,1993年7月开始对其进行解体大修.全部总成拆散解体着地,要在地面上对箱形主梁进行火焰校正.然而,却意外地发现行车主梁内大量积水(见图1),主梁钢板厚度经超声波测厚仪测量局部锈蚀严重,两处出现穿孔.经专家鉴定,价值达20万元的主梁被迫提前8年报废.
