随着通信事业的发展,各大单位的无线通信专网日益完善,系统要求也越来越高,各项性能更接近实际应用,操作也更简便。而目前上海消防部队使用的无线通信,是在一九九六年,根据公安部,国家无委重新划定的警用频率,设备主要采用MOTOROLA公司GM300和GP300,用常规组网方式运行。由于时间仓促,只是根据以往的模式,着重于提高系统稳定性,没有对新系统的各项功能加以综合开发利用,加上总体频点的缺乏和实际使用中分配的不合理,使无线网络时常产生阻塞的现象,消防通信的局限性日益显现。因此,如何在频点短缺的情况下,合理分配资源,满足“平”战结合的需要和实现无线通信的及时性,就成为当前重组数字无线通信网络的实际需求……
