目的对天南星科同属植物雷公连与穿心藤进行显微鉴别,为建立雷公连的质量标准和药用资源开发提供一定的科学依据,同时有利于临床区别用药。方法徒手切片法、粉末制片法。结果雷公连根横切面的中心导管较穿心藤数量少、口径小;雷公连藤茎最外方维管束排列紧密并连接成环,穿心藤藤茎最外方维管束排列疏松。结论雷公连和穿心藤在根、藤茎、粉末的显微结构上差异较大,可作为二者鉴别特征。
OBJECTIVE To conduct microscopic identification of the plants belonging to the genus Asteraceae, such as Thunder and Toxoplasma gondii, to provide certain scientific evidences for the establishment of the quality standard and exploitation of medicinal resources of Thunderstorm and to facilitate the clinical use of the drugs. Methods Freehand slice method, powder preparation method. The results showed that the diameter of the central catheter in the cross section of M. tuberculosis was less than that of C. cinguli and the caliber was smaller. The outermost vascular bundles of M. tuberculosis were closely arranged and connected into rings, and the outermost vascular bundles of C. cinerea were loosely arranged. Conclusions The microstructure of the root, cane and powder of Thunder and Kadsura is quite different and can be used as the distinguishing characteristics of the two.
