目的比较β-七叶皂甙钠和甘露醇及地塞米松治疗放射性脑水肿的疗效。方法49例经头颅CT或(和)MRI证实的放射性脑水肿随机分为甘露醇对照组[11例,1g/(kg·d)]、地塞米松对照组(11例,20mg/d)、单纯β-七叶皂甙钠治疗组(14例)和β-七叶皂甙钠并用甘露醇组(13例)。后2组均采用β-七叶皂甙钠20mg溶于250mL生理盐水中静滴。结果单纯β-七叶皂甙钠治疗组有效比例为13/14,2个β-七叶皂甙钠治疗组总有效比例为26/27,明显高于甘露醇组(7/11)和单纯地塞米松(8/1)组。结论β-七叶皂甙钠治疗放射性脑水肿有效,且优于甘露醇和地塞米松,与甘露醇合用疗效更佳
Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of β-aescinate and mannitol and dexamethasone on radiation-induced brain edema.
