采用与机床—夹具—刀具—工件系统具有同样刚性的标准车刀加工坯件时,加工余量的增大或减小都会使切削力和该系统的弹性变形相应地增大或减小。加工余量在被加工表面上分布不均匀,机床—夹具—刀具—工件系统的弹性变形也就不均衡,从而导致被加工表面产生形状、尺寸或相对位置的误差。为了提高加工精度,建议采用一种带槽的车刀,该车刀在机床上的安装图如下所示。图中:фи和фр
Machining blanks with a standard turning tool that has the same rigidity as the machine-tool-tool-workpiece system increases or decreases the cutting force and the system’s elastic deformation by increasing or decreasing the machining allowance. The machining allowance is unevenly distributed on the surface to be machined, and the elastic deformation of the machine tool, the fixture, the tool and the workpiece system is not balanced, resulting in the error of the shape, the size or the relative position of the machined surface.
