分配器的原理是,分配器内有4片曲面叶片,使通过分配器的气流成螺旋状旋转。该旋转气流沿着风管壁流动,在靠近分配器的出风口,依靠静压和离心力分送出,其余风口依次复得一定静压,直到风道末端的出风口,使送风速度一致。装有分配器的管道,既能使全压有规律地减少,也能大体均匀地复得静压。图1~2表示装有分配器和末装分配器的出风速度。平均风速是在具有相同面积的同心圆上16个点用热线风速仪测量速度,计算出平均风速。分配器的安装方法是,主风道分配器安装在靠近风道的起始端,分支管道安装在靠近分支点处,分配器后采用同一口径的风道。
The principle of the dispenser is that there are four curved blades in the distributor, which rotate the airflow through the distributor in a spiral. The average wind speed was measured with a hot wire anemometer at 16 points on concentric circles with the same area, and the average wind speed was calculated. The installation method of the distributor is that the main duct distributor is installed near the beginning of the air duct, the branch duct is installed near the branch point, and the air distributor with the same diameter is adopted after the distributor.
