目的 :建立镇痛油的含量测定方法。方法 :采用玻璃色谱柱 (3.2mm× 2 .1m) ,聚乙二醇 (PEG - 2 0M )为固定相 ,涂布浓度为 10 % ;FID检测器 ;柱温为 14 0℃ ,进样口温度 :2 0 0℃检测器温度 2 0 0℃ ;载气N2 ,5 0ml·min-1;氢气 :5 0ml·min-1;空气 :5 0 0ml·min-1。内标法测定。结果 :水杨酸甲酯在 4 .98~ 39.88μg、薄荷脑在6 .72~ 4 2 .4 μg范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 .9999) ;平均回收率分别为 10 0 .5 7% (RSD =0 .93% )和 10 0 .6 4 % (RSD =0 .87% )。结论 :此方法简便、快速、准确 ,可作为镇痛油的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of analgesic oil. Methods: Glass column (3.2 mm × 2. 1 m) and polyethylene glycol (PEG - 20 M) were used as the stationary phase and the coating concentration was 10%. The FID detector was used. The column temperature was 140 ℃. The inlet Temperature: 200 ° C Detector temperature 200 ° C; Carrier gas N2, 50 ml · min -1; Hydrogen: 50 ml · min -1; Air: 500 ml · min -1. Internal standard method. Results: Methyl salicylate had a good linearity (range, range: 4.98 ~ 39.88μg) and menthol in the range of 6.72 ~ 42.4μg (r = 0.9999). The average recoveries were 100.07 % (RSD = 0.93%) and 100.4% (RSD = 0.87%). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used as a method for the determination of analgesic oil.
