目的 :探讨彩色多普勒超声对11~14周软指标阳性胎儿心脏结构异常的检查价值。方法 :收集2000年7月至2013年10月我院孕检的100例11~14周软指标阳性胎儿的临床诊断资料,观察11~14周胎儿超声心动图诊断结果。结果 :孕11~14周四腔心显示率为90.00%,不同孕周的四腔心、左室流出道、右室流出道以及三血管等切面的显示比例对比,差异具有统计学意义;疑诊为复杂先天性心脏病患者其中四腔心结构异常共5例,妊娠至16~18周后的超声心动图复查确诊后,均进行引产。结论 :彩色多普勒超声心动图筛查四腔心结构异常对11~14周软指标阳性胎儿的复杂先天性心脏病具有较好的诊断作用,具有临床推广价值。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler sonography in abnormal heart structure of soft fetus positive fetus from 11 to 14 weeks. Methods: From July 2000 to October 2013, 100 cases of positive fetus with soft-labeled fetuses from 11 to 14 weeks in our hospital were collected for clinical diagnosis. The diagnostic results of fetal echocardiography at 11 to 14 weeks were observed. Results: The display rate of four-chamber heart from 11th to 14th week of pregnancy was 90.00%. There were significant differences in the proportion of four-chamber heart, left ventricular outflow tract, right ventricular outflow tract and three-vessel in different gestational weeks. Among the patients diagnosed as complicated congenital heart disease, there were 5 cases with abnormal cardiac structure in four chambers and induced by echocardiography after pregnancy to 16-18 weeks. Conclusion: Color Doppler echocardiography screening of four-chamber cardiac structural abnormalities has a good diagnostic value for complicated congenital heart disease of soft fetus positive fetuses from 11 to 14 weeks and has clinical value of popularization.
