一、千方百计组织货源,努力保证物资供应 自九○年下半年以来,我局资金紧张的局面一直没有得到缓解。截止九一年底,仅局供应处拖欠的各类货款已达1.6亿元。由于资金短缺,我局的物资供应工作十分被动,可谓到了历史最困难的时期。 九一年,由于用户拖欠煤款现象的情况严重,致使我们不能及时承付供货单位的货款,各单位纷纷致函或登门催款。有的单位公开声明,如不还款,即中止计划内合同,仅支护钢材一项由于不能及时偿还欠款,计划内钢材少拿近7000吨。针对这类情况,我们积极采取措施,千方百计落实货源,

In response to this kind of situation, we actively take measures to implement the source of supply in every possible way.
