为进一步探讨灭囊灵对猪囊尾蚴的抑制效果,对灭囊灵及其主要成分全蝎、矾石、硝石等对猪囊尾蚴体外抑制作用的超微结构变化进行观察。结果表明,灭囊灵对猪囊尾蚴皮层、基底膜、肌层和实质层均有明显损伤作用;矾石和硝石对细胞结构的破坏作用优于全蝎。结论:灭囊灵对囊尾蚴上皮结构和神经索的损伤明显优于其各个成分。
In order to further investigate the inhibitory effect of zetongling on the cysticercosis of pigs, the ultrastructural changes of cysticercus in vitro were observed. The results showed that Excyleng was significantly damaged on the porcine cysticercosis skin, basement membrane, muscular layer and parenchyma layer; vermiculite and saltpeter had better destruction effects on cell structure than whole fleas. CONCLUSION: Excylengine is superior to its components in the damage to the epithelial structure and nerve cord of cysticerci.
