问:我在某单位工作已满2年,合同去年年底到期。由于我一直患病在家,今年年初经劳动能力鉴定委员会鉴定为完全丧失劳动能力。现单位通知我劳动合同顺延到4月底终止。请问单位可以终止我的劳动合同吗?
Q: I have been working for a unit for two years and the contract expired at the end of last year. As I have been at home since the beginning of this year by the assessment of work ability appraisal committee for the total loss of ability to work. The unit informed me that the labor contract was extended to the end of April. Can the unit terminate my labor contract?
