近年来以兔为实验动物进行冠心病的实验研究日益增多,但在文献中,对兔心冠状动脉解剖的详细研究尚不多见。Day 和 Johnson 于1958年曾对25例兔心的冠状动脉进行过粗略观察,北京医学院解剖教研组心血管研究组最近对兔心脏冠状动脉的分支及其类型作了比较深入细致的研究。我们在结扎家兔左冠状动脉前降支后侧副循环建立过程的研究中,深感了解兔心冠状动脉解剖的必要性。本文拟通过透明和 X 线造影方法探讨冠状动脉的形态学,为进行冠心病的实验研究提供一些解剖学资料。
In recent years, experimental studies of rabbits as experimental animals have been increasing. However, in the literature, detailed studies on the anatomy of rabbit coronary arteries are rare. Day and Johnson in 1958 had a rough observation of 25 cases of coronary arteries in rabbit heart, the Department of Anatomy, Beijing Medical College Cardiovascular Research Group recently conducted a more detailed study of the branches and their types of coronary heart in rabbits. In our study on the process of establishing the posterior collateral circulation in the left anterior descending coronary artery in rabbits, we deeply understand the necessity of anatomy of rabbit coronary arteries. This paper intends to explore the morphology of coronary arteries by means of transparent and radiographic methods and provide some anatomical data for the experimental study of coronary heart disease.
